Welcome to containerfoichina.com, operated by CFC Shipping LTD, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. By accessing or using our website and services, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Definitions
“CFC Shipping LTD”, “CFC”, “we”, “our”, “us”: The operator of containerfoichina.com.“Customer”, “you”: The user of our website and services, including agents acting on behalf of the owner of the goods.“Freight Forwarding Services”: Transportation, handling, and logistics services provided by CFC for shipments from China to Curaçao.
2. Scope of Services
CFC provides freight forwarding and logistics services for shipments from China to Curaçao, including optional insurance coverage. All services are subject to these Terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Account Registration & Communication
To use our services, you must register an account with accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. By using our services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You may opt out of promotional messages, but essential service notifications will still be sent.
4. Use of Services
Services are for lawful freight forwarding and logistics only.
You must not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including shipping items restricted by Chinese, Hong Kong, or Curaçao law. You are responsible for ensuring your shipments comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including customs, import/export, and safety requirements.
5. Subcontractors and Third Parties
CFC may engage third parties (e.g., carriers, warehouses, customs brokers) to perform all or part of the services. The terms and liability limitations of such third parties apply in addition to these Terms. CFC may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without notice.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You must be the owner or authorized agent of the goods and warrant that all information and documents provided are complete, accurate, and lawful. Goods must be seaworthy packed, properly labeled, and ready for shipment at the agreed time and place.You must provide all required documents and instructions on time. CFC is not obliged to verify the accuracy or authenticity of your information or documents.
6A. Client Identification Requirement
For all shipments, you must clearly and accurately include your assigned Client ID on all shipping documents and labels. Failure to include the correct Client ID may result in delays in processing, storage of your goods, and additional administrative handling. If your shipment arrives without the required Client ID, CFC reserves the right to charge storage fees and/or administrative penalties for any resulting delays or additional handling. These fees will be calculated based on the duration and extent of the delay, and must be settled in full before release or onward shipment of your goods.
7. Prohibited and Restricted Items
CFC does not accept or transport items prohibited by law, including but not limited to: cash, drugs, firearms, hazardous materials, perishable goods, counterfeit goods, or any items restricted by Chinese, Hong Kong, or Curaçao authorities. A full list of prohibited items is available upon request.
8. Shipment Handling and Inspection
Each shipment is treated as a separate consignment and may be inspected by CFC and relevant authorities. CFC reserves the right to refuse, return, or dispose of any shipment that is improperly declared, prohibited, or poses a risk to safety or compliance.
9. Customs and Import Duties
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation for customs clearance, including invoices and product descriptions. All customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by Curaçao authorities are your responsibility. CFC will assist with customs clearance but is not liable for delays, penalties, or confiscation due to incorrect or incomplete documentation.
10. Offers, Pricing, and Payment
All offers and quotations are non-binding and subject to change if rates, taxes, or costs change before or during execution.
Unless otherwise agreed, rates exclude duties, taxes, consular/legalization costs, bank guarantees, and insurance.
Additional charges may apply for storage, handling, special services, or costs arising from delays, insufficient loading/unloading time, or force majeure.
Payment is due in full before shipment release or delivery, or within 8 days of invoice date if agreed. CFC may retain goods or documents until full payment is received.
CFC may require advance payment or security for amounts due.
11. Liability and Insurance
All services are performed at your risk. CFC’s liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value or, if not declared, to USD 2 per kg of gross weight lost or damaged, with a maximum of USD 5,000 per shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law. CFC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or immaterial damages (including loss of profit), nor for loss or damage due to force majeure, theft (unless proven preventable), or third-party failures. If you wish to insure your goods, you must request this in writing and pay the applicable premium. Insurance is only valid upon written confirmation and payment of the premium.
12. Claims and Limitation
Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
All claims against CFC expire after 9 months from the date the claim arises.
No refunds are provided for shipments abandoned, confiscated, or destroyed by authorities due to non-compliance.
CFC will, if not liable, assist in pursuing claims against third parties at your request and expense.
13. Client Indemnity
You are liable to CFC for all damages, losses, costs, and claims arising from:
The nature or packaging of the goods;
Incorrect, incomplete, or late instructions or documents;
Late delivery of goods for shipment;
Dangerous, perishable, or otherwise special goods not disclosed in advance.
You will indemnify and hold CFC harmless from any claims by authorities, third parties, or subcontractors arising from your shipment, unless caused solely by CFC’s proven gross negligence.
14. Right of Retention and Pledge
CFC has a right of retention and pledge on all goods, documents, and funds in its possession for all amounts due from you, including previous shipments.
15. Force Majeure
CFC is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to war, strikes, natural disasters, government actions, or transport disruptions. All extra costs due to force majeure are for your account.
16. Privacy Policy
We collect and use your personal data to provide our services, process shipments, and comply with legal requirements. Your data may be shared with third parties only as necessary for service provision or legal compliance. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
17. Intellectual Property
All content on containerfoichina.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CFC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our written permission.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For shipments to Curaçao, Curaçao law and courts may apply if required by local regulations.
19. Special Conditions for Curaçao Shipments
Goods must be seaworthy packed.
Some goods (e.g., new items, auto parts, tools, certain appliances) are always subject to import duties, even for emigrants. You are responsible for providing all required documents for customs exemption, including proof of emigration, vehicle registration, and insurance. Additional costs may apply in Curaçao, including terminal, clearance, inspection, storage, unloading, and delivery fees.
20. Changes to Terms
CFC may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect 30 days after publication on our website or notification to you. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

CREDIT WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Effective Date: 01 December 2025
CFC Shipping Ltd. - Container Foi China ("CFC," "we," "us") operates in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CFT) regulations in all jurisdictions where we conduct business, including but not limited to:
Curaçao: National Ordinance on Identification when Rendering Services (LID) and National Ordinance on the Reporting of Unusual Transactions (LMOT)
Hong Kong: Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (AMLO), Cap. 615
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR WITHDRAWAL
1.1 Eligible Credits
Only credits deposited through verified top-up transactions (credit/debit card, bank transfer) are eligible for withdrawal consideration.
The following credits are NON-WITHDRAWABLE:
Promotional credits
Discount credits
Refund credits
Administrative adjustments
Bonus credits
Compensation credits
Any credits gifted or added by CFC administrators
1.2 Minimum Holding Period
Credits must remain in your account for a minimum of 45 days from the date of deposit before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
This holding period is required under AML regulations to prevent the platform from being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit purposes.
Each top-up is tracked separately, and only credits that have completed the 45-day holding period are eligible.
1.3 Usage Restriction
Once credits have been used (in whole or in part) to pay for shipping services, packages, or any other services provided by CFC, those credits become permanently non-withdrawable.
Only unused, deposited credits that have completed the 45-day holding period may be considered for withdrawal.
2. KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER (KYC) REQUIREMENTS
2.1 Identity Verification
All withdrawal requests require enhanced identity verification. You must provide:
A. Government-Issued Identification:
Valid passport, national identity card, or driver's license
Must contain photograph and unique identification number
Document must be current and not expired
Clear, legible copy or scan required
B. Proof of Residential Address:
Issued within the last 3 months
Must show your full name and current residential address
Acceptable documents:
Utility bills (electricity, water, gas, internet)
Bank or credit card statements
Government-issued correspondence
Lease or rental agreement
C. Source of Funds Declaration:
Written declaration explaining the source of deposited funds
Supporting documentation may be required (e.g., bank statements showing income source)
Employment verification or business documentation may be requested
2.2 Bank Account Verification
Bank account for withdrawal must be in your name only
Account holder name must match CFC account registration
Bank account must be located in your country of residence
You must provide:
Bank name and branch
Account number and/or IBAN
SWIFT/BIC code (for international transfers)
Proof of bank account ownership (e.g., bank statement, letter from bank)
2.3 Enhanced Due Diligence
CFC reserves the right to request additional documentation or information if:
You are identified as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP)
Withdrawal amount exceeds USD $500
Your transaction patterns are unusual or inconsistent with your profile
You are located in or transferring funds to/from a high-risk jurisdiction
Any other risk factors are identified
Additional measures may include:
Video verification call
Notarized documents
Additional proof of source of wealth
Biometric verification
3. SANCTIONS AND PEP SCREENING
3.1 Mandatory Screening
All withdrawal requests are subject to screening against:
United Nations Security Council Sanctions Lists
European Union Sanctions Lists
Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Sanctions Lists
Financial Action Task Force (FATF) high-risk jurisdictions
Interpol notices and national crime databases
3.2 Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs)
If you are identified as a PEP (current or former senior government official, close relative, or close associate), additional requirements apply:
Senior management approval required
Enhanced source of wealth verification
Ongoing enhanced monitoring
Additional documentation may be requested
3.3 Sanctions Compliance
Withdrawals to sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions are strictly prohibited and will be automatically rejected.
4. WITHDRAWAL PROCESS
4.1 Submission
All withdrawal requests must be submitted via support ticket (not email or phone)

4.2 Review Process
Initial Review (1-3 business days):

4.3 Processing Time
Total processing time: 14-21 business days from submission

4.4 Suspicious Activity Reporting
If we suspect that:
Your withdrawal request is related to money laundering or terrorist financing
You are attempting to use our platform for illicit purposes
Your transaction patterns are suspicious or unusual
We are legally obligated to:
Report the transaction to the relevant Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU)
Suspend the withdrawal request
Potentially freeze your account
Cooperate with law enforcement investigations
We are prohibited from informing you if a suspicious transaction report has been filed ("anti-tipping-off" provisions).
5. FEES AND LIMITS
5.1 Withdrawal Fees
Administrative processing fee: 5% of withdrawal amount
Minimum fee: USD $10.00
Bank transfer fees: Additional bank charges may apply (typically $15-$30)
5.2 Withdrawal Limits
Minimum withdrawal: USD $100.00
Maximum per request: USD $5,000.00
Maximum per 90 days: USD $10,000.00
Maximum annual limit: USD $25,000.00
5.3 Fee Calculation Example
Withdrawal request: $500.00 Processing fee (5%): $25.00 Bank transfer fee: ~$20.00 ----------------------------------- You receive: ~$455.00
6. REJECTION AND REFUSAL
6.1 Grounds for Rejection
CFC reserves the absolute right to reject any withdrawal request for any reason, including but not limited to:
Incomplete or insufficient KYC documentation
Failure to pass sanctions or PEP screening
Credits have not completed 45-day holding period
Credits have been used for services
Suspicious transaction patterns
Source of funds cannot be verified
Bank account details do not match customer information
Customer is uncooperative or provides false information
Request violates any term of this policy or our Terms of Service
AML/CFT compliance concerns
Legal or regulatory requirements
6.2 No Obligation to Process
Withdrawal requests are processed at CFC's sole discretion
We have no obligation to approve any withdrawal request
Decisions are final and not subject to appeal
Credits remain available for use on shipping services
7. RECORD KEEPING AND MONITORING
7.1 Transaction Records
CFC maintains comprehensive records of all:
Credit top-up transactions
Credit usage transactions
Withdrawal requests (approved and rejected)
KYC documentation
Communication regarding withdrawals
Records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by AML regulations.
7.2 Ongoing Monitoring
All customer accounts are subject to ongoing monitoring for:
Unusual transaction patterns
High-risk behaviors
Changes in risk profile
Compliance with withdrawal policy
7.3 Account Freezing
CFC reserves the right to freeze accounts and suspend all withdrawal privileges if:
Suspicious activity is detected
Legal or regulatory requirements mandate freezing
Customer is uncooperative with AML/KYC procedures
Account is subject to investigation
8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
8.1 Accurate Information
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information
Keeping your account information up to date
Notifying us of changes to your personal details, address, or bank account
Cooperating fully with all KYC/AML verification processes
8.2 Prohibited Activities
You must NOT use the credit system for:
Money laundering
Terrorist financing
Fraud or deception
Circumventing AML/KYC requirements
Any illegal purpose
8.3 Consequences of Non-Compliance
Violations may result in:
Immediate account suspension or termination
Forfeiture of all credits (withdrawable and non-withdrawable)
Reporting to law enforcement and regulatory authorities
Legal action for damages
9. REGULATORY COOPERATION
9.1 Law Enforcement Cooperation
CFC fully cooperates with:
Financial Intelligence Units (FIUs)
Law enforcement agencies
Regulatory authorities
International sanctions enforcement bodies
9.2 Information Sharing
We may share customer information, transaction data, and documentation with:
Government agencies (with or without your consent)
Regulatory bodies conducting investigations
Banks and financial institutions for verification purposes
Our legal and compliance advisors
9.3 Court Orders and Subpoenas
We will comply with all court orders, subpoenas, and legal requests for information.
10. AMENDMENTS
10.1 Policy Changes
CFC reserves the right to amend this Withdrawal Policy at any time to:

Address emerging risks
Improve security and compliance
Reflect operational changes
10.2 Notice
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of the credit system constitutes acceptance of amended terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Withdrawal Policy is governed by:

Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao.
